Victoria (or, as she prefers to be called, Tori -- you know, one name, just like Madonna) is the daughter of Scarlet and Herb Overkill. From the beginning, great (and by great, we mean terrible) things were expected from her. But here's the thing, Tori doesn't want to be a super villain. Or even a normal villain. What Tori really wants, is to be a popstar -- like Tiffany or Madonna or even Jem. She has no desire to take over the world...just the music world.
